Marc Langenbrinck, Managing Director smart brand, is a Sales&Marketing professional, looking at a 15 year career in both strategic and operational assignments on the national and international level. His current responsibility covers on one hand managing the brand operations, covering the entire smart value chain, on the other hand leading the smart Sales&Marketing team. Looking at brand operations, he and his colleagues work on a number of challenges ranging from ongoing product improvements to brand shaping activities like the market introduction and future development of the smart electric drive, a pioneer in the growing zero emission technology.

As Head of Sales&Marketing, his responsibilies range from current marketing campaigns over exploring new sales opportunities to the future vision of the smart brand.

Nicole Israng has gained extensive knowledge in brand management and marketing communication throughout her career, which she started as a Trainee at Daimler-Benz in 1993.

She then went on to fill different positions in Sales & Marketing for Mercedes-Benz in Germany and Brazil, before being appointed Senior Manager of Global Marketing Communications & Brand Management at smart in 2009.

Steffen Köhl studied industrial and automotive design at the Fachhochschule für Gestaltung Pforzheim.

He has been working since 1988 within the Mercedes-Benz passenger car design division for interior and exterior design. Amongst his many contributions were vehicles and show cars such as E-Class, CLK, SLR, Bionic-Car etc.

Steffen Köhl has been on a number of international management assignments within the Mercedes-Benz design division. Since 2008 he is leading the Center Advanced Design Global of Mercedes-Benz.

Annika von Taube received an M.A. in art history from the Freie University Berlin and has gathered an extensive knowledge of the international contemporary art scene through curating, art consulting and writing.

She is the editor in chief of sleek magazine, an international quarterly magazine for art and fashion based in Berlin, and writes for numerous publications on mostly art-related topics.

Rolf Sachs is an internationally acclaimed designer recognised for his distinctive multi-disciplinary approach. His body of work includes furniture, lighting, set design, architectural and interior design projects; all exploring the relationship between design and culture to elicit unexpected emotional reactions and break down perceived boundaries.

Core to his artwork is a human element, and an underlying sense of humour to each piece.
